In-Phase Load Transfer without Delay

Through precision control of HW & FW completely independent from each other, out-of-phase (charging and discharging) switch delay time is less than 15ms, and in-phase (charging to charging, discharging to discharging) switch without time delay. The tester unit uses exclusive patented load switch technology to achieve out-of-phase high speed switch characteristic and ultra high useful lifetime. In addition, it also provides the output and measurement precision of ±0.02%. No need to consider the number of usage times of step under high-speed sequence switch or worry about the record entry limitation.

It is able to execute a maximum of 10,000*65535*65535 steps, satisfying all working condition simulation needs completely.Tester provides 1,000 sets of testing procedures. User can use SW or APP to transfer testing procedure edited completely to the Tester for storage and for the panel operation and use.


 

Capacitor-Free Design, 100% Battery Module Compatibility Test

For battery module equipped with protection board design, it often requires the ON/OFF to output MOSFET during testing process, particularly for charging after stationary, or discharging after stationary, or instant Turn ON MOSFET after sleep of battery module. If the tester output circuit is equipped with the output capacitor design, it often causes OCP instant error action of the battery module, leading to trouble of protection activation or test failure of the battery module.

Tester with capacitor-free design for output circuit. During the testing process of the battery module and the Tester, regardless of the time of Turn ON of the battery module MOSFET, there is no instant counter current capable of charging the output capacitor. Consequently, there is no aforementioned test failure due to OCP error action


 

ThinkRP Satisfy Different Use Demands
Computer Application Software: ThinkRP
When computer is used as a terminal to download program and upload data, software operates in stationary mode. User can display currently connected device information and output status in real time depending upon the needs. A maximum of 64 devices can be connected. In addition, a fixed time can be set to allow the software to request devices to upload test data saved onto the computer end. All connected devices can be controlled to start, stop, pause and reset in real time through the software.


 

SCPI(LAN) Communication Protocol Available, 

Self-Develop Testing Application

Provide simple and easy SCPI(LAN) communication protocol commands.

User can self-develop process control software for computers easily and quickly through SCPI communication protocol commands.

According to the needs of different fields and applications of production lines, test stations, domestic/foreign repair centers, distributors or portable carrying, user can establish equipment connection and control easily and quickly with desktop computer, notebook computer, tablet computer of mobile phone through TCP/IP communication protocol commands. Through personal smartphone, regardless of any place and time, the Tester allows you to perform battery module function test and inspection easily and swiftly.


 

WiFi,Ethernet High-Speed Data Transmission

                                                               

The connection methods of computer network port, WiFi area network, connection through hub or router are provided, and user can choose the suitable method to achieve fast and easy connection to the machine. 20KK entries of complete recording of data can be achieved through high-speed network connection, and it only requires 2 minutes and 30 seconds to complete the transmission. OLED panel displays IP connection, allowing user to search host machine quickly via IP with easy connection access.


 

General connection

In the same domain, different users are allowed to connect and use.

The user can directly monitor the tester in use at the remote end, including real-time status viewing, automatic recording of recorded data, and general start, pause, reset, and stop operations of the channel.

Each channel, according to the activation of different users, restricts the operation and permission warning of non-authorized personnel.

                                                    

 

Parallel

PBoxV1 can be used as a channel parallel device.

PBoxV1 allow 2~8 channels to be used in parallel.

Through the setting of the software, there is no need to change the setting of the hardware, which is fast and convenient.

The return data of external device can be used as process condition judgment in addition to synchronous recording with the charging and discharging channel data. The condition modes include:

Process synchronization management

Batteries usually need to perform temperature-based characteristic tests.The ThinkRP test process allows the tester to be equipped with a programmable humidity chamber.The user can set up a multi-channel tester to use in the same programmable humidity chamber to conduct a large number of battery ambient temperature tests.In the process of battery charging and discharging test, the system software executes the temperature and humidity control of the programmable humidity chamber according to the setting of the process step, so that the test of the battery and the ambient temperature can be performed more automatically.

ThinkRP provides process management between hardware channels and software.

Before using the device offline, users can use the ThinkRP process synchronization management function to integrate the process version and content between ThinkRP and the hardware

ThinkRP displays the software and hardware manufacturing process simultaneously, which is convenient for users to manage and update whether the manufacturing process between the hardware and the control software is synchronized.


 

Dynamic IP、Static IP、MAC

All devices are preset to static IP mode :172.22.x.x

Battery tester:The user uses the IP RESET function on the panel.

The static IP can be deleted, and the device will return to the dynamic IP mode under this function.

External Device:The user long presses the Menu button on the panel for 5 seconds to delete the static IP, and the device returns to the dynamic IP mode under this function.

ThinkRP software provides static IP setting function, allowing users to change any device to static IP mode at any time.The device panel screen displays the current IP in real time.If the static IP is set by the Router, the device panel screen provides MAC Address display.

SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments)command provide by Think Power, compatible with IEEE 488.2 .R series battery tester and its extension modules(VSR-V100A、TSR-V100A、TSR-V100B)are all embedded SCPI standard commands.Users can perform secondary software development through the LAN Port and change the control device to Remote mode.Think Power provides secondary development of "SCPI Command Verification" and "SCPI Script Verification" software.
